B&M Modern Media designs, manufactures and markets video infrastructure products and solutions for broadcasting, audio/video, video networking and video distribution markets. Its digital video and audio equipment can be used in all stages of TV, film and commercial productions, video on demand (VoD), DVD authoring etcetera.

The BD30AV series HD/SD-SDI solid state audio and video delay line is unique by enabling audio and video delays up to minutes. With a built-in, high quality time base corrector and frame synchronizer (NTSC and PAL compatible), television and radio stations are being provided with professional quality broadcast safety.

B&M equipped several hundreds of TV and radio stations around the world with digital delays as a safeguard to deal with unforeseen and unwanted eventualities during live broadcast. An exciting element of live broadcast, such as live talk shows, award specials, telephone call-ins, courtroom TV or breaking news, is that you never know what's going to happen next. With their delay line products, B&M offers delays up to 120 seconds for HD and up to 720 seconds for SD-SDI signals in case of, for example, undesirable defamatory statements, obscenity or court statements during live broadcasts.

Due to the friendly frame by frame adjustment features, the BD30AV series delay line products can be applied in most virtual sets for the synchronization of the different camera sensors.
